Starz Superhero Fitness

Grades: K - 2nd
Dates: Thursdays, October 8th - November 12th
Time: 3:00-4:00pm

Each week, young heroes will learn about a different part of the body, discover a new vocabulary word, and build strength, coordination, balance, agility, and confidence. Through action-packed superhero challenges, obstacle courses, games, and imaginative adventures, students will stay active, practice new skills, and have fun while learning what their bodies can do.
